LAKE SIDE ECO PLAZA - COLLABORATION WITH BRUGMAN PARTNERS -AFRICA

A design & presentation collaboration with Franc Brugman Architects & Partners to develop this open-air shopping centre in Africa, creating a commercial destination shaped by its distinctive setting beside a natural rock outcrop known locally as a koppie. The design integrates the centre with the mountain landscape, allowing the architecture to respond to the site rather than compete with it. Retail and dining spaces open onto landscaped walkways and welcoming plazas, with shaded seating, greenery, and water features creating comfortable places to gather. The result is a vibrant community destination that brings shopping, dining, and the surrounding African landscape together.

SHOPPING MALL BOTSWANA

This shopping centre, now under construction, was developed through a design and presentation collaboration that brought the architectural vision to life through clear, compelling visuals. The design combines a welcoming, pedestrian-friendly retail frontage with practical vehicle access and generous parking. A prominent clock tower creates a memorable landmark, while contemporary shopfronts, landscaped areas, and inviting public spaces are shaping a lively destination for shopping and everyday community life.

CELEBRATION CARDOMINIUM

Celebration Cardominium is a luxury vehicle storage concept developed in collaboration with Geoffrey Mouen, Chief Architect for Disney’s Town of Celebration and Town Architect for Golden Oak. A palm-lined approach leads to a grand central entrance, framed by an elegant façade with automotive-inspired details and sculptural emblems. Inside, spacious double-volume units provide room to display and store cars, RVs, boats, and private collections. Climate-controlled interiors, controlled access, and monitored security are designed to help protect each owner’s investment. A private owners’ lounge and concierge services complete the experience, bringing together refined architecture, attentive service, and a shared passion for exceptional vehicles.
